Annetta North is located about a mile south of Interstate 20 and off Farm Road 5 about eight miles southeast of Weatherford in eastern Parker County. Both the Clear Fork and South Fork of the Trinity River flow through the area. This community lies north and east of the town of Annetta and takes its name from that settlement. By the early 1980s residents incorporated their own separate town under the name Annetta North. The population was 281 in 1980 and had increased to 467 by 2000.
