Annetta South: A Growing Community in Parker County

Annetta South is located off Farm Road 5 about ten miles southeast of Weatherford in southeastern Parker County. This community lies southeast of the town of Annetta and takes its name from that settlement. By the early 1980s a separate southern section incorporated under the name Annetta South. Its population has increased steadily from 115 in 1980 to 413 in 1990. In 2000 Annetta South had 555 residents.
