Buffalo Camp: A Residential Development in Brazoria County

Buffalo Camp is a residential development located off State Highway 332 and along Buffalo Camp Bayou about three miles west of Lake Jackson in southwest Brazoria County. Named after Buffalo Camp Bayou, the community existed sometime before the 1970s, but the first population estimates for Buffalo Camp were not available until 2000 when the community had 1,098 residents.
