Doffing, Texas: A Brief Overview

Doffing is a community located about eleven miles northwest of McAllen and eight miles northeast of La Joya in southwestern Hidalgo County. In 2000 Doffing was a census-designated place with a population of 4,256. It was served by La Joya Independent School District.
