Jeffrey William Hunt is the Director of the Texas Military Forces Museum at Camp Mabry in Austin, the official museum of the Texas National Guard. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of History at Austin Community College, where he has taught since 1988. Previously, he was Curator of Collections and Director of the Living History Program at the Admiral Nimitz National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg. He holds degrees in government and history from the University of Texas at Austin and has more than forty years of experience staging and participating in public history programs.
