Laguna Tres Estates: A Lakeshore Community on Lake Granbury

Laguna Tres Estates is a lakeshore community on Lake Granbury east of State Highway 51 and about three miles north of Granbury in north central Hood County. This development began by the early 1970s. In 1990 it had a population of 280. That number increased to 377 in 2000.
