Discover Oak Manor: A Charming Community in Brazoria County

Oak Manor is a small bedroom community located on State Highway 35 about five miles southwest of Alvin in northeastern Brazoria County. This residential development on Chocolate Bayou began sometime in the 1980s. In 2000 the population was 119.
